Sophia B. Belloli's practice focuses primarily on water law and natural resource litigation. Ms. Belloli has experience in water quality and water rights litigation matters, as well as litigation and compliance experience with environmental and land use statutes, including the Clean Water Act, CERCLA/Superfund, the California Hazardous Substances Account Act, RCRA, the California Hazardous Waste Control Act, NEPA and CEQA. Her practice also includes white collar criminal defense matters.
As a law student, Ms. Belloli externed with the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, in Pasadena, California.
