Leslie A. Keil's practice is focused on corporate formation, emerging growth companies, business and transactional law. Ms. Keil has experience in the software industry drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional and master implementation services agreements with public and private entities. She has also worked in-house to draft, review and negotiate permanent placement recruiting and temporary staffing agreements.
Ms. Keil attended Seattle University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and a concentration in Politics. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2004. While at USF, Ms. Keil spent a summer in Paris, France, interning with a French law firm and studying European Union law at the Paris Institute of European Legal Studies.
