Arman Javid's practice includes litigation in the areas of trademark, false advertising, unfair competition and copyright.  Mr. Javid advises clients on domestic and international intellectual property matters and prosecutes trademarks.  Mr. Javid also handles commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. 

Mr. Javid's diverse experience allows him to serve as outside general counsel to clients in various industries, including software, manufacturing and food and wine.
